1. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access our digital products, online courses, and community memberships. By using our Services — including our website, course platforms, Skool community, and any downloadable resources — you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

"Services" refers to all digital products, courses, templates, community access, coaching sessions, and any other offerings provided by Caleb King.

2. Digital Products & Course Access

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the digital product or course for your own educational and professional use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or make available any course materials, templates, downloads, or community content to any third party.

Access to courses and digital products is typically provided indefinitely, but we reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue content at any time. If a product is discontinued, you will retain access to the version available at the time of your purchase.

3. Community Membership

Our Skool community membership is a recurring subscription. By joining, you agree to the membership fee and billing cycle disclosed at checkout. You may cancel your membership at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Community members are expected to engage respectfully and constructively. We reserve the right to remove any member who violates our community guidelines, engages in harassment, spam, or disruptive behavior, or shares membership content outside the community. No refund will be issued for memberships terminated due to guideline violations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content — including course materials, videos, templates, code, graphics, written content, and community posts authored by Caleb King — is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without explicit written permission.

User-generated content posted within our community (e.g., comments, project shares, discussions) remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the community platform.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the specific product page. If a product includes a satisfaction guarantee, the terms of that guarantee will be clearly stated at checkout.

For community memberships, you may cancel at any time but no partial refunds are issued for the current billing period. We encourage you to take advantage of any free trials or preview content before purchasing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our courses, digital products, and community content are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Results are not guaranteed, and success depends on individual effort, experience, and application. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to any platform, course, or community. Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance or due to third-party platform issues beyond our control.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, pricing, or legal requirements. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active community members of any material changes via email or community announcement.
